Gary Rotenberg has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years as an investment banker, research analyst, financial advisor, and senior corporate financial advisor. He has served as the Managing Director and Head of Global Utility Finance at NatWest Markets, Vice President at Smith Barney, Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Cralin & Co., and Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. He is a current member of the New York State Bar.

In addition, for over 15 years, Mr. Rotenberg has provided independent investment banking and advisory services to law firms and corporate clients regarding a broad range of industries and issues. He is regularly engaged to offer expert opinions and testimony on issues including energy markets, investment banking, private equity, due diligence, and corporate finance. He has provided expert witness services to various law firms in cases involving Enron, WorldCom, Calpine, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and CIBC.
