Stan Monsowitz has over 25 years of experience in back-office information systems design, due diligence, training, and corporate advisory services. He has a wide ranging consulting practice that includes designing and developing support systems within investment management, trading, custody, mutual fund, corporate trust, back office brokerage, insurance and non-retail banking environments. Mr. Monsowitz has served as the senior partner responsible for the Global Capital Markets/Securities Consulting Practice at A.T. Kearney and the National Financial Services Director at Cap Gemini/Gemini Consulting. He was also a senior manager in the Investment Management and Securities Operations Special Practice Unit at Price Waterhouse and Director of Applications Systems Development at Equitable Capital Management Corporation. He was also the Head of IT for the Investment Management Group of UBS PaineWebber and the Head of Operations for the Investment Management Group of Bankers Trust.

Mr. Monsowitz is a member of the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association’s Operations Committee, an associate member of the National Investment Company Service Association, and an associate member of the Investment Company Institute. He has created courses and conducted training classes on various financial issues for the New York Institute of Finance, the Financial Times of London, and numerous other professional organizations.

Mr. Monsowitz has many years of experience providing expert services to law firms, government entities and businesses on a wide range of issues, including investment management operations and systems, institutional and private banking, custody, and securities processing. He has authored numerous expert reports and testified at deposition and at federal and state regulatory hearings. His clients have included many Wall Street financial institutions. In addition, Mr. Monsowitz has been retained as an expert by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a number of States’ Attorney Generals, and various law firms.
