- MSG hires Analysts who have either undergraduate or graduate degrees in any of several disciplines, including finance, economics, accounting, and mathematics or statistics. Typically, successful candidates have a G.P.A. of 3.5 or higher and have exposure to analytical and quantitative finance methods.
