Paul D’Arezzo has over 10 years of experience in finance and consulting, including 9 years with The Michel-Shaked Group. His practice includes, but is not limited to, valuation, bankruptcy, and capital markets issues. Mr. D’Arezzo is a Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and has published extensively on bankruptcy and valuation issues in the ABI Journal. He has also provided valuation and advisory services in non-bankruptcy situations, such as appraisal actions, proxy disputes, stock grants, and proposed mergers and acquisitions. Mr. D’Arezzo has managed and participated in numerous engagements for government agencies, law firms, and corporate clients nationwide.
