Mass and Chicago Bar Association Seminars on Cross Examining a Valuation Expert

Business valuation often lies at the center of commercial disputes, bankruptcies, M&A and other matters. Last week, Michel-Shaked Group’s Managing Director Israel Shaked had the privilege of presenting business valuation issues to the Complex Commercial Litigation Section of the Mass Bar Association and to the Commercial Litigation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.  Both presentations focused on key issues related to the cross examination of a valuation expert in commercial litigation.
