Advisory services range from consulting on restructuring, diversification, and mergers and acquisitions for established firms to developing business plans for entrepreneurial organizations. Our extensive valuation practice provides opinions on topics ranging from the fair market value of a closely-held business or asset to the value of contingent claims. In addition, our firm provides numerous seminars on a broad range of topics to both law firms and corporations.
While we are a Boston-based firm, our client base is national, with the majority of our clients from outside New England.
